Job summary

Street Hope TN is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to connect our community with the mission of ending sexual exploitation. You will coordinate volunteers, plan events, cultivate donors, and support communications.

Working with the Development Director and Communications Manager, you will help grow partnerships with churches and community organizations, coordinate outreach opportunities, and ensure excellent donor care and stewardship in alignment with Street Hope TN's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, nonprofit development, event management, sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community engagement and volunteer programs with Development and Communications teams.
• Plan and execute events, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors and volunteers.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, churches, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Support donor communications, stewardship initiatives, and reporting.
• Create content for social media and assist with photography and copywriting.
