Job summary

FF Inc is seeking a Community Engagement Associate in Orlando, FL to represent the brand at events, staff activations, and informational sessions. You will directly engage with community members, answer questions, and share resources while building relationships with local organizations.

This people-facing role focuses on outreach, brand awareness, and driving participation in community initiatives, with a flexible schedule to accommodate events and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Outgoing, personable and able to connect with diverse communities.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in event-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

Staff community events, pop-ups, and local activations.
Engage with community members, answer questions and share resources.
Build relationships with individuals and organizations to raise brand visibility.
Assist in planning and executing outreach events, workshops and community initiatives.
Gather feedback from the community and relay insights to internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing, events and customer success to align outreach.
Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional manner.
