As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will support both the Tracker Marine Boat Center and Bass Pro Shops retail location by creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and coordinating events that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to bring the Tracker Marine and Bass Pro Shops brands to life through storytelling, community engagement, and unforgettable outdoor experiences. You'll have the opportunity to shape local content strategies, showcase new products, connect with outdoor enthusiasts, and make a measurable impact on store traffic and customer engagement.
Local travel required for events, content creation, community outreach, and promotional activities. Approximately 10–20% travel.
