Job summary

Herself Health, based in Minneapolis, seeks a Community Engagement Coordinator to grow patient base by raising community awareness, forming partnerships, and leading outreach campaigns across multiple clinics.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, BD or customer-facing roles, strong communication and event coordination skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. On-site in Minneapolis metro with several clinic locations across MN.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales, business development or customer service facing roles.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with insurance sales agents to drive engagement.
• Plan and coordinate community outreach events (senior centers, marketing sites, churches, etc.).
• Lead clinic-specific targeted outreach campaigns.
• Maintain weekly production metrics and achieve production goals.
• Maintain up-to-date weekly event calendars.

About The Community Engagement Coordinator Role

The Community Engagement Coordinator is a passionate and driven member of our Community Growth team. You will be responsible for expanding our patient base by building awareness in the community around our clinics, building strategic partnerships, hosting community events, and leading clinic-specific, targeted outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for tracking outreach activity, referrals, and patient conversion metrics, while working collaboratively with your team. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment, as well as represent Herself Health with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Essential Responsibilities

• Developing and nurturing relationships with insurance sales agents to ensure engagement

Must-have Qualifications And Skills
