Job summary

Herself Health is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator in the Minneapolis area to grow the patient base through community outreach, events, and partnerships. You will build relationships, track metrics, and collaborate with the Community Growth team to promote care for women 65+.

This on-site role requires strong communication, event coordination, and a proactive, data-driven mindset to expand clinic presence across the Twin Cities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales, business development or customer service facing roles.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform

• Maintains up to date weekly production and achieve production goals

• Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry

About the Community Engagement Coordinator Role:

The Community Engagement Coordinator is a passionate and driven member of our Community Growth team. You will be responsible for expanding our patient base by building awareness in the community around our clinics, building strategic partnerships, hosting community events, and leading clinic-specific, targeted outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for tracking outreach activity, referrals, and patient conversion metrics, while working collaboratively with your team. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment, as well as represent Herself Health with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Must-have Qualifications and Skills:
