Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Central Massachusetts is seeking a Community Based Support Staff member to help individuals aged 22–55 prepare for, obtain, and maintain community employment and meaningful roles. You’ll support daily living, implement individual service plans, and promote safety and inclusion in the community.

Responsibilities include developing valued relationships, documenting progress, ensuring health and safety, and applying behavior and service plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete all required documentation.
