Job summary

A behavioral support organization is seeking a dedicated individual to provide supervision and training at the job site. Responsibilities include communication with the staff, medication administration, and advocating for individuals' rights. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have strong interpersonal skills. The position requires at least 1 year of experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 21 years of age and 1 year experience is preferred.
• Submit to and pass a criminal record check and drug screen test.
• Valid driver's license with no moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at the job site.
• Provide training/education at the job site.
• Communicate with all staff involved with the individual.
• Provide behavioral support and be familiar with the behavior plan.
