Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrate thorough, accurate knowledge of the training content area.
• Plan, organize, and employ training in ways that maximize student learning and engagement.
• Modifies, where appropriate, training methods and strategies to meet diverse students’ needs.
• Support College Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information using FERPA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism including: being punctual to class and avoid cancelling classes; maintain respectful attitude toward students and colleagues; maintain proper and professional/personal boundaries between colleagues and students.
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
