The Community Education Staff role is a full-time, on-site position located in Surprise, AZ. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of community education programs, including before- and after-school enrichment, recreational classes, and other district-sponsored activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with program registration, maintaining accurate records, communicating with families and community members, and providing front-line customer service. The role also involves supporting instructors and program leaders with materials and logistics, helping ensure safe, well-organized learning environments, and following district policies and procedures. Community Education Staff may assist with outreach efforts, promote offerings through various channels, and collaborate with school and district personnel to meet the educational and recreational needs of the community.
