Community Education Instructor / Class Leader

Position Summary:

Responsible for leading community-based classes - providing an introduction, demonstrating techniques and teaching the fundamental skills of determined topics to. Ensure participant engagement, safety and supervision while maintaining a clean and organized class environment.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for teaching specific topics and their related skills.
  • Experience working with or teaching children.
  • Positive and dependable attitude.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; punctuality
  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus
  • Must successfully pass a background check

Essential Job Functions include the following:
