Job summary

St. Michael-Albertville School District Middle School East in Saint Michael, MN is seeking a Community Education Instructor for Aquatics. The role runs Sept 22, 2026 to Nov 24, 2026, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., 0.9375 FTE (37.5 hours per week). Starting pay is $27.00 per hour. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in related field, WSI, CPR, and Red Cross First Aid certifications, plus strong organizational and communication skills and experience supervising others.

About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Instructing/coaching students in Community Education classes.

No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.

Requirements & Qualifications
