Job summary

A regional service provider is looking for a part-time Building Supervisor to manage facilities during evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities include opening and closing district buildings, ensuring compliance with use guidelines, and assisting instructors. Candidates must be high school graduates with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required. This position offers a pay of $21.40 per hour under the Local 70 Union Contract.

Qualifications

• Ability to work and interact with personnel and public.

• Ability to interpret building schedules or permits.

Responsibilities

• Open and close district buildings as scheduled.
• Monitor all activities for compliance.
• Assist adult enrichment instructors as needed.
• Complete light cleaning and disinfecting during classes.
• Communicate with head engineers and custodians.
