Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required and two years' experience with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning daily meaningful activities and community outings.
• Counsel clients in identifying and resolving social problems.
• Maintain and document client records and progress notes.
• Ensure safety and advocate for least restrictive environment.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed.
