Qualifications

• Ability to operate a cash register including basic math, computer, and typing skills.
• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (from duties listed)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm smile and provide friendly service.
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.
• Complete reports such as donation counts, daily business statements, deposits, and cash drawer balances.
• Price donated goods and textiles while ensuring Goodwill standards.
• Keep all areas neat and clean and maintain store presentation.
• Encourage participation in Goodwill Club and inform customers about the Elizabeth Clark Fund.
