Qualifications

• Minimum of one full year of experience in a primary care office.
• BLS Certification required.
• Strong ability to show compassion and professionalism when interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Document an accurate Patient History according to guidelines.
• Accurately record patient vitals including weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.
• Input medications and update the medication list in the electronic health record.
• Provide Screening Questionnaires - written or verbal - per guidelines.
• Assist with management/follow up of Pain Medication Contracts.
• Process prescription refills under supervision and standing orders.
• Perform blood draws and process patient labs per protocols.
