CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Community Director to lead and grow our residential community. You will manage operations, marketing, and team development while maintaining strong resident relations and budget discipline.

Work Environment
Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires regular interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced customer service and operational setting. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions and maintenance or construction activity may occur.
Physical Requirements
Requires frequent walking of the property, including climbing stairs and inspecting common areas, amenities, and apartment homes. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of office or marketing materials up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with regular interaction with residents, team members, and vendors.
