Job summary

Progressive Employment Concepts (PEC) and Community & Employment Services (CES) are seeking staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining employment and community participation.

The role involves coordinating services, building relationships with businesses, and advocating for client needs across multiple locations. A valid driver's license is required and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Positive, open approach to life and problem solving.
• Ability to develop and implement a variable, individualized schedule.
• Willingness to learn person-centered support strategies and tech.
• Bilingual/bicultural/sign language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to individuals with developmental disabilities to develop and maintain employment and community involvement.
• Coordinate services and documentation for caseload; facilitate team communication.
• Advocate for quality services and build inclusive communities.
• Use personal vehicle to serve clients across locations.
