The City of Irvine is seeking a Community Development Field Services Assistant Apprenticeship (Limited Term). The role supports Code Enforcement and Inspection teams, performs field work, and delivers excellent customer service.

The One Irvine Workforce Apprenticeship Program is funded through the California Volunteers Youth Service Corps grant. The Community Development Field Services Assistant is a working title of the Code Enforcement Technician classification.
The selection process will include an interview and a background investigation prior to appointment. This recruitment may establish an eligibility list to fill future positions in similar and/or lower classifications within the organization.
