This opportunity requires either an associate degree with work experience or a bachelor's degree in any field. No pre-requisite language skills are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of full-time, post-high school work experience.
• No prerequisite language requirements.
• Experience in project planning and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational and community needs.
• Strengthen project planning and management skills among staff.
• Plan and implement projects for community change.
