Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Leadership experience in a dental clinic setting preferred.
• Current D.D.S./D.M.D. degree and license required.
• DEA registration and eligibility for medical liability coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment to patients.
• Lead and direct clinic staff to achieve quality care and productivity goals.
• Ensure accurate patient charting and confidentiality.
• Adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain Continuing Dental Education requirements for Texas licensure.
