Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a devoted Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists in delivering compassionate dental care. You will help with chairside procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and promote preventive care while ensuring smooth clinic operations and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• At least two years dental assisting experience preferred.
• Computer literate with email, word processing and office software.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and minimum auto coverage required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists with a variety of procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for efficient care.
• Take radiographs, vital signs, and perform charting and sterilization.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition's impact on health.
• Support clinic operations including inventory and front desk duties when cross-trained.
• Travel between clinic sites as needed.
