Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Qualities

  • Perform duties with standard productivity and dependability, ensuring timely, zero-defect completion.
  • Support good resident/tenant relations through excellent customer service.
  • Work independently, demonstrate willingness to learn, and communicate effectively. Participate in staff meetings and training.
  • Use equipment such as mop, broom, vacuum, carpet cleaner, buffer, stepladder, and others as needed.
  • Maintain a telephone for communication.

Experience, Training, and Education
