Riverside Community Care is seeking a Community Crisis Stabilization Clinician to join the Adult CCS team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, use standardized tools for suicide risk, provide brief crisis counseling, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning.
You will deliver direct clinical services (individual, group, family meetings), complete documentation, and collaborate with Milieu staff and other specialists to support persons served.

The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the larger Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.
