Qualifications

• Education – Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience – Minimum 4 years of direct member care experience in Behavioral Health.
• Must possess Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct family-centered clinical services to members.
• Prepares written diagnostic assessments from multiple perspectives.
• Facilitates Child and Family Team meetings.
• Documents case activities for clinical purposes.
• Responds to crisis situations during work hours.
