CoreCivic seeks a Program Facilitator, Community Corrections to deliver group-based programs in residential and non-residential settings. You will interview and assess participants to determine needs and implement a broad range of programs to support rehabilitation and learning.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 60 college credits required.
• Experience facilitating programs related to work assignment may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with custody and control of inmates/residents preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, conduct or facilitate workshops and group activities using curriculum and aids.
• Coordinate admissions, evaluations, and program milestones with staff and departments.
• Prepare and maintain standard records, reports and logs, including attendance.
• Create an environment conducive to learning and resident growth, encouraging participation.
• Assist in supervision of residents during facility and program activities.
