Job summary

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 60 college credits, with substitution allowed year-for-year. A valid driver’s license and age 18+ are also required to ensure program delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Sixty (60) college credit hours are required.
• Experience facilitating programs may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with custody and control of inmates/residents preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum Age: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct or facilitate workshops and group activities aligned with program curricula.
• Create and maintain a learning environment conducive to personal growth and behavior standards.
• Coordinate admissions, evaluations and program completion with other staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Evaluate progress and verify that programs are completed.
