Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our Calabasas communities and deliver luxury living experiences. The role emphasizes personalized tours, strong customer service, and collaboration with the team to meet leasing targets.

You will engage prospective residents, present floorplans, coordinate with on-site staff, and contribute to campaigns that showcase the community’s amenities and locale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience preferred in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand what makes people tick; follow through on leads to ensure prospective residents know you care.
• Saturday availability is required due to high weekend traffic.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a sense of community for new residents.
• Leverage sales and marketing skills; personalize connections to drive leasing performance.
• Create excitement through campaigns, outreach, and social media to energize the community.
• Maintain tailored updates from floorplan selection to local hotspots and events for residents.

As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Understand what makes people tick; follow through on leads to ensure prospective residents know you care.
• With weekends being the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.
• Deliver incredible customer service skills and create a sense of community, going the extra mile to create a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Leverage sales and marketing chops; personalize connections and recommendations to drive leasing performance.
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark.
• Follow-through: continuously reach out with tailored updates - from the ideal floorplan they’ve been eyeing, to the newest hot-spot openings, to the best food truck in the neighborhood – painting a picture of what it’s like to call your community home.
• A genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live.

You Have

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
