Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• One year of experience working with people with disabilities or another care-giving role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide opportunities for CCP clients to engage in new experiences and develop friendships.
• Maintain daily service notes and goal documentation.
• Supervise clients at required ratios during program hours.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating community opportunities.
• Support integration and engagement of individuals in the community.
