Job summary

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Staff member for a managed community in Margate, FL. The role covers cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor areas, with a 24-hour weekly schedule on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high community standards while providing courteous service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, clubhouses, and outdoor spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling according to guidelines.
• Maintain exterior common areas by removing litter and debris.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the Property Manager.
• Photograph and document findings when requested and communicate them promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow company procedures.
• Wear the provided uniform and provide courteous service to residents and team members.
