Job summary

Corcoranhouseal is seeking a reliable Maintenance Service Worker to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties across apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities.

You will wash windows, keep utility and storage areas orderly, disinfect equipment, stock supplies, and ensure trash areas are clean. Additionally you will complete maintenance work orders, report safety concerns, and perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment as listed.
• Ability to read basic English and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and furniture.
• Wash windows and maintain clean utility and storage areas.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies and stock cleaning carts.
• Complete maintenance work orders and report safety concerns promptly to Supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and laundry duties as needed.
