Job summary

Fishers Community Center is hiring Custodians to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for the community. No prior experience is required; we offer training and opportunities to grow with us. The role is a regular part-time or supplemental position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Employees will perform a variety of custodial duties, learn cleaning protocols, and help maintain logs and inventory. Join a team dedicated to supporting public spaces and community health.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Utilize standard cleaning equipment/products to perform custodial duties.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties to maintain offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Clean floors, windows, walls, and fixtures; dust high and low areas.
• Keep and maintain work logs and records; inventory supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
