Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based services. You’ll help with daily living, hygiene, and activities, building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

You’ll work under supportive supervision, with a focus on respect, safety, and person-centered care as you grow in your role at Sevita.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and able to support participants with developmental goals.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and monitor progress.
• Foster respectful relationships and empowerment in participants’ lives.
