Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Support participants to engage in community activities and pursue developmental goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and provide compassionate care.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members to ensure well-being and safety.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and respect in all care interactions.
