Job summary

Senior Helpers of the Bluegrass is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support elderly clients in Lexington and surrounding areas, providing personalized care and helping them stay safe and independent in their homes.

You’ll tailor care to each individual’s needs, building relationships and assisting with daily activities, meals, errands, and transportation in a compassionate, patient-centered role.

Qualifications

• Proof of TB test

Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations to build relationships with clients one-on-one
• Participate in clients' favorite activities and hobbies
• Run local errands for clients
• Prepare and serve meals for clients
• Assist clients with daily activities such as walking, dressing, toileting, showering
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments
• Maintain detailed records of activities and client condition

This opening is for a position in an Elderly Community here in Lexington KY. The hours are 4pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday with opportunity to pick up extra shifts!

We offer flexible scheduling, including different shift lengths and weekend shifts, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

We serve clients in and around Lexington, Nicholasville Georgetown, Frankfort, Versailles Richmond, Midway, Winchester, Wilmore Lancaster, Lawrenceburg, Paris Simpsonville, Fisherville, Stamping Ground, Finchville, and Shelbyville Kentucky.

Pay Rate: $16/hr - $18hr
