Promenade Oaks Apartments is seeking a full-time Community Care staff member to assist our Community Manager and property staff in maintaining the operations of our 283-unit apartment community in Eagan, MN.

Promenade Oaks Apartments is a residential apartment community in Eagan, MN, set just off the lively Lexington Avenue and Yankee Doodle roads. Though we’re within walking distance of Eagan’s grocery, retail, dining, and recreation options, we’re neatly tucked away and lined by beautiful trees and water features to maintain an intimate community setting. Our townhome-style apartments truly set us apart from other communities!

The Promenade Oaks staff work closely together on a daily basis to maintain our community’s operations. With our combined experience and our unique personalities and skill sets, we create a super-team of multi-housing professionals!

Community Care Staff: Job Overview

As a Community Care staff member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our buildings, grounds, and apartments.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of all common areas of buildings
• Daily picking up of community grounds
• Cleaning of vacant apartments prior to new residents moving in
• Delivering notices and information to apartments as necessary
• Communicating with office staff as needed
• Assisting with various resident events 3 – 4 times per year
• All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years cleaning or housekeeping experience (does not have to be in the apartment industry!). If you don’t have any experience, but are confident you have the other traits we’re looking for, please do not hesitate to apply!
• Demonstrated dependability
• Excellent physical condition with no restrictions
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and perform pushing and pulling activities

• Schedule availability for weekdays and weekends
• Distance requirements apply if not living on site
