This is a temporary, part-time position averaging 25-30 hours per week depending on grant and contract funding and time billed. This position has the possibility of becoming a permanent, part-time position after a successful six months of meeting work performance standards and based on organizational needs and mutual desirability.

This Community Care Program Coordinator covers N4’s service area across Northern Nevada and oversees a team of Community Care Partners providing respite and supportive care. Community Care Program Coordinators are charged with program monitoring and information tracking as well as oversight to support N4’s grant reporting and contracts. This position will implement strategies which support state Regional Center requirements and N4’s mission; follow regional center policies and procedures; and align with person centered values and principles for self-determination.
