Responsibilities

• Serve onsite full-time, weekdays in assigned zip codes (63144, 63109, 63103).
• Identify and refer for work-life, financial, legal, and basic needs support.
• Link employees to local and national resources via one-on-one consultations and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal care teams for emergency funding and resource referrals.
• Advise on navigating mental health resources and workplace benefits.
• Document referrals, outcomes, and metrics to track impact.
