Qualifications

• Availability to work weekday and weekend opening and/or closing shifts

• A genuine passion for coffee, people, and wellbeing
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes

• Excited to learn, grow, and help shape a new café from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Craft high quality espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Deliver warm, genuine customer service that makes every guest feel welcome
• Build relationships with residents and guests by creating a friendly, neighborhood café experience
• Open or close the café, following daily operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Restock inventory and help keep the café running smoothly
• Proper cleaning and care of all equipment according to operation procedures
• Collaborate with other team members; train them on drink menu
• Work collaboratively with the owners and team to create an exceptional guest experience
