Job summary

Lava Island in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Brand Ambassador who will take the Lava Island experience into the community, inviting families to visit and make memories at our parks. This role focuses on outreach at farmers markets, schools, and local events, bringing first experiences to families in targeted ways.

You will visit local businesses, connect with mom groups and homeschool networks, and host or support events at the park, while nurturing relationships with partners and families to grow

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, events, retail, sales, or community outreach.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
To live in or near Lewisville, TX.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and carry supplies.
Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

You take Lava Island into the community and bring families back to the park.
Visit local businesses and places families spend time.
Connect with mom groups, homeschool networks, schools, and churches.
Give away first experiences of Lava Island in targeted ways.
Work farmers markets, fairs, and other community events.
Host in-park events that make family time easier and more fun.
Follow up with partners and keep park leadership in the loop.
