Lava Island is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring families into our parks through active community outreach in Manchester, CT. You’ll visit local venues, connect with families, and host events, helping us grow brand presence and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, events, retail, sales, or community outreach.
• Comfort approaching people and representing a brand in public.

Responsibilities

• Take Lava Island into the community and bring families back to the park.
• Visit local businesses and places families spend time to connect with mom groups, schools, churches.
• Attend farmers markets, fairs, and street events; support local nonprofits.
• Host in-park events to make family time easier and more fun; welcome partners and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with partners and keep park leadership informed; track activities and results.
