Qualifications

• Minimum three years of directly relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with an appropriate level of insurance coverage.
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and define the strengths and needs of referred people, families, and communities.
• Directly provide home and community behavioral health services.
• Meet productivity requirements established by Integrated Services.
