Job summary

GRO Community is seeking a licensed therapist to provide evidence-based behavioral health services across home, school, office, and community settings in the Cleveland area. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children, families, and individuals, with travel throughout the service area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and Ohio licensure in good standing (LSW/LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT).
• Ability to obtain Medicaid credentialing and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning with children, families, and individuals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in various settings (office, school, home, community).
• Coordinate care with QMHS, psychiatrists, schools, families, and community partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid requirements.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
