Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a licensed social worker or licensed professional counselor to provide therapy services in diverse client settings. You will conduct patient visits, ensure treatment plans are current, and complete comprehensive progress notes while coordinating with case managers and psychiatrists to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a valid SW license (LSW/LISW/LISW‑S) or LPC/LPCC, willingness to travel within the service area, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling preferred.
• LSW/LISW/LISW‑S or LPC/LPCC licensure required.
• Experience in therapy and home-based settings preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW‑S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC‑S, LMFT.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
