The community-based department at Lorenz Clinic provides trauma-focused Children’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS) and CTSS to children in outpatient and community settings, working alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, and family therapy. We serve clients with a focus on attachment regulation and are certified in CTSS and CIBHS by the Minnesota Department of Health.
Clinicians have autonomy to select cases aligned with their expertise and interests, supported by strong collaborations with referral sources and access to comprehensive testing and psychiatric services. Our training department is an affiliate of local graduate programs, and we have pioneered post-master’s fellowships in Minnesota, emphasizing our role in professional development.

This position may be eligible for student loan repayment. Benefits include paid burnout time, parental leave, CEU allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401k with matching, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, paid time off, holidays, volunteer time, and professional development support. Most clinicians earn about 100 CEUs annually through work-related activities.
Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 depending on licensure and experience, with specific ranges for master's-level and licensed psychologists.
