Job summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health is seeking a team-oriented professional to provide supervision and training at the job site for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves collaborating with case managers, behavior specialists, and therapists to implement plans and support therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; 21+ with 1 year DD/ID experience preferred.
• Submit to and pass a criminal record check and a drug screen.
• Have a valid Social Security card or work permit for non-US citizens; and a valid driver’s license with no moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the job site.
• Provide training/education at the job site and in other areas as needed.
• Communicate with all staff involved with the individual (Case Manager, Behavior Specialist, Therapist, etc.).
• Be honest with the individual and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support and be familiar with the behavior plan.
• Complete documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Advocate for the individual’s rights and work as part of a team.
