Responsibilities

• Support people actively using substances, seeking recovery, and those maintaining recovery by linking them to treatment, primary care, vocational and educational resources, and recovery communities.
• Maintain data reflecting outcomes of peer support and outreach in Frederick County to build referral relationships.
• Coordinate transportation for individuals seeking engagement with treatment and provide overdose prevention training and Narcan distribution.
