The Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Crisis Response Team (CRT) Peer Support Specialist (PSS) is an individual who is in recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders and provides experience, strength, and hope to individuals, their families, and significant others seeking help.
The CRT PSS is responsible for responding to calls dispatched by the Phoenix Fire Alarm Room and/or the CBI Access to Care Line, engaging patients in the field to motivate them to seek and receive services, and ensuring that all documentation of Crisis Intervention Notes, Trip Tickets, and Mobile Crisis Intervention Field Forms is completed for each patient prior to the end of their scheduled shift.
