Qualifications

• Must possess an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably with aging populations.
• Active DEA license and controlled substance registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary and preventive care for older adults.
• Manage and grow a dedicated patient panel.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams.

Skills

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license

Board certification (NP or PA)

3+ years of clinical experience

BLS certification

Experience with EHR documentation
