Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Mental Health Clinician for the WISe program. The role involves providing community-based behavioral health services to youth and families, promoting safety, stability, and well-being.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver family-driven, trauma-informed care and coordinate across systems. Responsibilities include caseload management, therapy, treatment planning, and on-site community visits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in mental health or social services.
• Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Washington State credential required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of up to 25 youth and families in the WISe program.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with the Cross Systems of Care Plan.
• Coordinate with WISe team to ensure communication across youth, families, and service providers.
• Meet productivity and documentation expectations, including notes and assessments.
• Provide community-based services including travel to family homes and community locations; participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
