Job summary

Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time Job Coach to coordinate, implement, and support CBWA and Job Site Work Experience programs across the Cleveland region. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to a variety of locations.
• Pass BCI and FBI background checks to comply with Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and support Community Based Work Adjustment Programs and Job Site Work Experience Programs.
• Train individuals with disabilities in various job tasks and settings to help them learn duties.
• Maintain thorough daily case notes documenting progress and challenges.
